Participation in Academic Search and Staff Selection Procedures
An academic search procedure that is sensitive to gender equality is central to the UHH's goal of achieving equal participation and involvement of women and men in the university's academic sphere. The faculty equal opportunities officers play a particularly important role in this regard through their involvement in the process.
