Embracing diversity and participatory approaches characterize the understanding of sustainability in the humanities. Our faculty's broad range of disciplines results in a concept of sustainability that takes equal account of ecological, economic and social dimensions.

Sustainability in our Departments
Our departments have individual sustainability profiles that reflect their subject-specific expertise and perspectives. Through targeted research projects, innovative courses and cooperation with regional and international partners, they actively contribute to the promotion of sustainability skills.
