CTOUCH-Quickstart
The first 3 steps of using CTOUCH:
- Press the CTOUCH button at the bottom center on the front until it lights up white to indicate that it is switched on.
- Choose the source device for your task (either external Laptop or the mini-PC). In order to use your own laptop, connect it to the HDMI or USB cable available in the room.
Tip: Please follow the instructions for using the system displayed in the room, or download them as a PDF. - If necessary, adjust the height of the CTOUCH to your requirements using the arrow buttons on the display.
And you are ready to go!
Troubleshooting

| The CTOUCH button does not light up or does not respond. |
The CTOUCH main switch is probably switched off. Switch on the main switch on the left rear of the device and try again. |
| The CTOUCH does not recognize the mini-PC as a source. | The Dell computer on the back of the CTOUCH should always be switched on. Check whether the Dell computer is switched on and switch it on if necessary. Then check again in the menu whether the correct source is selected. The computer should now be recognized. After using the mini-PC, do not switch it off, but simply log out so that the next person can use the PC. |
| The mini-PC has booted but does not respond when I try to log on. |
The mouse and keyboard available in the room may need to be switched on. There is a switch on the back of each device. However, do not switch the mouse or the keyboard off again after use. |
| The room lacks hardware (e.g. CTOUCH pen, mouse, keyboard). |
Your designated administrative office can lend you a CTOUCH pen. Alternatively, you can report the issue to IT using the support form. |
| Problems occur with the touch feature when a macOS laptop is connected when using PowerPoint from the laptop on the CTOUCH. |
It is possible that the screen resolution set on your Apple laptop does not work with the CTOUCH display if you want to display a PowerPoint presentation and use the touch feature. In this case, please open your system settings on the laptop and go to ‘Displays’. Select the LED monitor and select from the drop-down menu: LED monitor ‘Use as main screen’. The integrated screen should be used as ‘Extended display’. |
