Do you have difficulties or a reason to complain?

If you have studied at one of our partner universities as an outgoing student within the framework of the Erasmus+ program or if you have completed a stay abroad at the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Hamburg as an incoming student and have encountered problems, please contact us:

  • If you have difficulties with the allocation of grades or ECTS points or problems with the recognition of your academic achievements abroad, please contact the Erasmus Office of the Faculty of Humanities.  
  • If you have subject-specific problems during or after your stay abroad, please contact the academic Erasmus+ coordinator directly. You can obtain the contact details from the Erasmus Office of the Faculty of Humanities or from our website.
  • If you have any problems with your support from the Erasmus Office of the Faculty of Humanisties or the academic Erasmus+ coordinator, you can contact the Vice Dean for International Affairs and Early Career Support, Prof. Dr. Martina Seifert.
